Are you a lover of Ocean wallpaper for your computer? Among ocean wallpapers, ocean by ~emrecan22 is no “day at the beach”. It is night with day just dawning (if it is the Atlantic ocean), or the last dying breath of sunset (if it is the Pacific).
There is light at the end of the tunnel, and as long as that is water I see, it is not an oncoming train. Light, a brooding light, is hovering over the calm water. The water shimmers. It quivers in anticipation. Is it for the new day and the adventures to unfold, or for the ensuing night with its longings for rest?
One can imagine a life that this represents: Timeless, expectant, very dark around the edges, but with a bountiful hope in the distance.  This person is engulfed by stagnation, but the fire still burns in the gloom and hope springs eternal. If you are this visionary, you may adore this wallpaper on your desktop screen.

If you are a more typical beach lover, you would prefer daylight, to see the beach bunnies more clearly. A treasure hunter must have brighter light to find that intact rare shell or another sand dollar for the collection. A sun worshipper will want a sun. A sand lover, will want some sand to build castles to dream in. Where is the pina colada, or at least, an ice cold beer? There are many wallpapers to suit the beach lover. Ah, a lover of beaches is not necessarily a lover of oceans. Even an ocean lover with a brighter soul will find some other scene more enjoyable, a scene with a satisfying light.  In that case, keep looking. This light is not meant to satisfy, but to beguile the viewer to ponder fundamental questions.

This one is for visionaries only. This is an ocean wallpaper to soothe a troubled soul, but not erase that sense of excitement for that which is waiting over the horizon. This is a light for total darkness. The darkness is not beachlike at all. There is no hint of the element of earth, just water and vapor. There is not a solid grain of sand in the scene. It is more primal, a cave of darkness and a light that is like fire without the color of fire. May I offer a title?  Light, Even a Caveman Can Do It.
